Established in 2001, Warner Consultants Limited is an independent Ugandan engineering consultancy firm that is active in infrastructure development. It specializes in undertaking feasibility studies, designs, procurement advisory services and implementation supervision. The company also offers professional advice and project management. Warner Consultants Ltd. is blessed with founders whose wide scope of experience and professional services underpin the firm’s comprehensive and highly quality assured engineering services to a wide spectrum of clients in both the public and private sector. Warner Consultants Ltd. employs a team of highly qualified specialist engineers and other professionals in complementary disciplines employing the latest of state of art techniques in accomplishing the tasks at hand. The approaches to project execution are holistic thereby ensuring thorough execution of each stage of the project. The company staff members have in the recent years worked as consultants (associates) in water supply, onsite sanitation and drainage. They have also participated in facilitating demand-driven and negotiations-driven approaches to water and sanitation provision in Uganda. Our staff has also designed medium and large sewerage systems. This team of professionals also handles low cost sanitation covering the design of low cost on-site sanitation technologies and technologies for sanitation suitable for high water table areas, hard rock areas and collapsing formation areas.

Since its establishment, the Company has since undertaken assignments financed by the Government of Uganda through the Directorate of Water Development of the Ministry of Water and Environment; and many Development Partners.
